When: Tuesday, September 22, 2009– 6:30 PM
Camp Hill Giants Cooking School

Whether you’re just starting the gluten-free, casein-free diet or have been at it a while and feel like you’re stuck in a rut, you may be looking for new ideas about how to make it work for your family. Join us as we discuss some challenges and solutions for successful implementation of the diet.

.

We’ll also have some GFCF items available for tasting.

Try them yourself or take a taste home to your child!

.

The group will meet monthly at the Camp Hill Giant for an
opportunity to relax, talk with others in similar situations,
and learn from each other. Topics will be determined by the
needs of those involved, but will likely include food diaries,
replacement ingredients, recipe swap, where to find specific foods, eating away from home, GFCF holidays, and more.…………….

Whether An outreach of ASD HOPE, the GFCF Support Group is facilitated by a mother who has seen tremendous improvements from her son’s three gluten-free, casein-free years and who also balances additional food allergies and restrictions in the family diet.
